Got a couple of questions, the team hopefully can answer.

Each time I attack a target within 200 ranks, there is a chance to get a lucky stone..
How much do you get everytime in % for each attack? ( to increase your chance to get one )
After you get a lucky stone, how does the time limit work? ( 24 hours from you get a stone or 00.00-23.59 )

Another question for the team.

Is it allowed to attack alliance members so you can get cheap luckystones ( once pr day ) ??
